Bookings

Fares quoted at the time of booking are fixed prices for the journey described, provided pickup/drop-off details and timing remain unchanged. Prices may vary if the journey details change once confirmed.

Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Cancellations made with at least 2 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time will not be charged. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may incur a charge of up to the full fare, at our discretion.

Waiting time

A waiting period of up to 10 minutes is included free of charge at pickup for standard bookings, and up to 45 minutes for airport pickups (to allow for flight arrival and baggage collection). Additional waiting time beyond this may be charged at our standard hourly waiting rate.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, card or approved account invoicing, as agreed at the time of booking. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Passenger conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey in cases of abusive behaviour, damage to the vehicle, or breach of any applicable law. Any costs arising from damage caused by a passenger will be charged to that passenger.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our licensed vehicles and drivers. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example traffic, weather, road closures or third-party incidents). Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the value of the fare paid for that journey, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
